As a VUE Reservation Holder, you receive priority in the home selection process. Reservation holders will be contacted in priority order based on their reservation number to select the home of their choice. The $2,500 reservation deposit is fully refundable and will be added into escrow with Austin Title when the home is under contract with an executed purchase agreement. No one will have the ability to participate in the initial release offering without a reservation. It is a non-binding commitment to be one of the first to receive key details on the opportunity to purchase a home in VUE.

VUE reservation holders will receive a VUE Purchaser’s Guide that will give them all the information they will need to make an informed buying decision which will include information about your Developer, Builder, Designers, Marketing and Sales Team, Community Location and Site Plan with Amenities, Your Floor Plan, Interior Design, Included Features, Purchase and Sale Agreement, CC&Rs, HOA & Insurance, Preferred Lenders, Title, FAQ’s and Who to Call. Once you receive the VUE Purchaser’s Guide you will have 15 days to decide to purchase a New Home or terminate this agreement beginning the day we deliver the VUE Purchaser’s Guide to you. Reservation holders will be contacted in priority order based on their reservation number to schedule a visit to the site and convert their reservation to a specific home selection and Purchase and Sale Agreement.

At the time of executing your Purchase and Sale Agreement you will be required to submit a one time 10% escrow deposit with 5% of it being Earnest and the remaining 5% as an administration fee. The 10% escrow deposit is on the gross value of the home plus any structural option upgrades. Once you have completed your interior selections, you will be required to fund 50% of any design upgrades that you select. No other funds will be needed or required throughout the construction process.

Homes at VUE include solar panel readiness, EV charger outlets, high-efficiency HVAC systems, tankless water heaters, and native landscaping for water conservation. Each home is also designed to meet 3-Star Austin Energy Green Build standards.
